We want you to be happy with your purchase from Horse & Rider. If you are not completely satisfied, return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt along with the original invoice, tags and packing  and we will refund, replace or exchange it for you.


The original shipping and handling and  return shipping costs  are non-refundable. We recommend that you send a return with a tracking number and insurance for your protection. 


When requesting an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping costs to both return the old product and to ship the new product. Please call us within 5 days of receipt and we will be happy to discuss what steps need to be taken.

If you believe that your item is defective, call us for instructions. We follow manufacturer  guidelines as to whether the item is repaired, replaced or refunded. Blankets must be cleaned before they are returned to the manufacturer. 


We know that blankets can be difficult to fit, so we ask that you try it on over a bed sheet or pillow case to keep the blanket clean. Blankets with dirt or hair cannot be returned.


Bits may not be returned due to health concerns and in accordance with some state laws. 


Undergarments are excluded from our return policy. Any returns will be discarded and no refund or exchange issued
